Unlock the timeline

Hello
...It's not a stupid question.
But after scene detect I would like to add an extra cut with the razor tool, I can't unlock the timeline when I clic the timeline lock icon.
I can't sect any tools too, but it's certainly normal because the Timeline is lock.

So I certainly do something wrong.

You can't modify the Master timeline. You need to create a new timeline, and modify that. You can do this on the Conform page by clicking the + icon underneath the Timelines area in the upper left.
