CS6?

I have an original (legacy) Intensity card which I have been using with FCP. I've decided to move to Windows and CS6. I'm able to get SD files to show on my external monitor with the Intensity but not HD. Is HD supported with the (legacy) Intensity and Premiere CS6?

If not, is it supported with the Intensity Shuttle for USB 3.0?

HD is definitely supported. It's probably a setup issue. Have you contacted tech support?

Seriously. How long does it usually take to hear back from Blackmagic Tech Support? It's been nearly two weeks and I've not heard a peep.

This may be a obvious question, but did you change the resolution and framerate accordingly in the Blackmagic Control Panel? (Windows Control Panel->Hardware and Sound)

You have to do it in both the BMD Control Panel and in CS6, set them the same.
