HDLink Pro - Firmware Troubles

My first post.

I have a HDLink Pro for DVI monitoring of HD-SDI signals which constantly requests a firmware update. I have performed the update followed by the power cycle as directed. This has not solved the issue. Has anyone got a fix for this?
