Have you plugged in the USB dongle which came with the software?

If you don't have a USB dongle, please download the Lite version which doesn't need the dongle.

now a new problem arises with the lite version it shows CUDA problem.
i have 4 GB of ram.
core 2 duo 2.93 GHz processor
ati 4670 1GB graphics card
& i m using win 7 64 bit
how to solve this problem ? i just can't wait to see the interface of the software. plz plz plz

The error message says it all. You'll have do upgrade your graphics card to a recent nVidia one in order to use Resolve.

Hi, your problem is you don't have the correct hardware to use Resolve. Please refer to the config guide for details on how to assemble a working system.

With that said it is clear you need to update to the latest drivers, "OR" get a Video card that works with Resolve, The first and most obvious thing would be to read the config guide.

Darryl, if you read his system configuration on the previous post, you don't have to assume anything. It is clear that his video card is not supported. So there's no "or" in this case.
