Hi,
I figured that if you connect the 9Pin D-Sub remote cable with the hub (Studio Video Hub / Software Version 4.9.3) Avid would not recognize the Deck. If I open up the capture tool within Avid (MC 6.5.2) and click "check decks" twice within 3 seconds Avid will establish a remote connection to the deck. When I plug the remote straight into the deck it works right away. FCP with an BMD SDI card and Smoke with an Aja Kona is working perfectly fine through the same video hub.
Is there anyone else having the same issues?
Would be great to have that fixed in an upcoming software update.
