Resolve can not read 4444 ProRes from Ki Pro Quad

Recently shot some footage with canon C500 using a Ki Pro Quad to capture 4444 ProRes 4096x2160 23.98.
I can view the files in finder and QT player but the resolve wont read the files at all. If I select a file and save as either self contained or reference the resovle will read the file.

Thoughts on AJA KiPro Quad or Resolve causing the conflict?

What's the full name of a file including extension?

Same problem here, except that it happens with 1080p footage either in 422 and 444. The files are sitting next to other prores quicktimes shot on the hyperdeck, and all the aja quad qt do not appear in resolve.

So they have .mov extensions?

Yes, they have mov extentions. The files open fine in QT and FCP. They just don't show up in Resolve.

I have just received some footage shot in 2K at ProRes444 from Ki Pro Quad and am having the same problem.
This project is 25p though. Not 23.98. I am on Resolve 9.1.5 software. Don't want to roll forward to 9.1.6 or 10 beta just yet as I have a project on 9.1.5 that isn't finished yet.

Was there a resolution to this issue at all? Do you still need a sample clip?

Uninstalled and Reinstalled and it is now bringing in the clips no problems.
