Intensity Extreme getting no audio in signal

Hi,

i just purchased an Intensity Extreme with thunderbolt and I'm getting no audio in through the RCAs.
In about 10 hours I need to do a webcast using flash media live encoder. I get great picture and I do get audio if I set FMLE to my Macbook Pros line in or built in mic, but I get absolutely nothing through the RCAs.

Any idea would be much appreciated.

Also, in my system preferences in the audio levels all sliders are greyed out.

Assume in system preferences you have the input selected as 'X' and RCA audio as the audio input
