I'm using the Intensity Pro 4k with Edius 9 on a Windows 10 PC. The video out signal I use comes from HDMI out and that works fine. Up until today, I was taking analogues audio from the Intensity Pro analogue outs and it worked without issues. But from today, there is no audio from the analogue out.
- The picture and audio still output flawlessly from HDMI.
- Picture output also works using component.
- I tried to test audio in and it doesn't appear to work, but I'm not sure I'm doing a good test. I'm capturing audio to an Edius timeline.
- I tried switching the Intensity Pro to another PCI-E slot. The issue remains.
- I updated to the latest version of the Intensity pro drivers and software. No help.
- I checked and I have all latest Windows updates, including latest
.Net Framework version for my version of Windows.
Unless the card has suddenly developed a fault, which seems unlikely as it's only a couple of months old, I can't think of anything else. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
