Black border when rendering BMCC from Resolve

PostFri May 10, 2013 2:16 am

When I render BMCC raw files from Resolve, they have a black border (a few pixels). The attached photo shows this from my NLE's preview. The top one is a file rendered out of Resolve. The bottom one is the exact same frame rendered from After Effects. When comparing the two, it appears that the black border is a crop of the image, not a scaling.

What settings in Resolve will avoid this problem?

I have seen this problem in some other people's videos of footage from the BMCC. As an aside, I don't have this issue with DNxHD files from the BMCC, only rendered DNxHD from Resolve.

Thanks in advance for any help.

In the Project Settings, Image Scaling, can you set the Anti-alias Edges to Off and try?

Thank you, Rohit. That seemed to do the trick.
