I am currently having an issue with hdmi 1080p60 video capture...
I am using the latest video version 11.1, windows 10 64, and blackmagia media express (for capture to motion jpg).
I can see the video source within media express without an issue.
when I record, all seems to work fine, the audio meters bounce as expected.
however, when I edit the footage in premiere pro or resolve I get a periodic audio static roughly every minute or so. the static sounds like white noise. and pegs the meters.
I have tried reinstalling, tried new cables, tried different source boxes, all have the same result.
Any ideas on what I could do next to troubleshoot this? This renders the video useless.
