[Req] Allow dragging or appending of bin contents to timelin

As the subject says, I'd like to request that Resolve 9 allow you to append the contents of a bin (and all sub bins) to the current timeline.

In a dailies workflow where you are creating timelines in Resolve, this saves a bunch of mouse clicks and scrolling.
