I Upgraded to the new beta and now I cant save one project. The others are fine. Only one has this issue.

Here is the log. At the end it says
"Error detected while performing <Save Project>: Failed to save the current project Project Name as a project with same name exists in database!"
But that cant be true, I have been working on this project for a while now with no problem. It only does this in 15.B6, if I downgrade, it works normaly.

Hi Peter,

Did you work out what was going on here? I have had the same error now occur for the past 2 days, prior to that everything has been working fine.

Same error: Failed to save the current project [PROJECT NAME] as a project with same name exists in database!

I have attached the log if it helps.

It appears you are using a PostgreSQL database. Backup the database, then do an Optimize of the database (right click the database name in the Project Manager database area to see the Optimize menu).

See if that solves the issue.

One quick question, regarding post (viewtopic.php?f=21&t=85733), do you think this may have something to do with it?

I thought I had responded to that post somewhere.

Since we only test with PostgreSQL 9.5 (currently, prior versions in the past) I can't answer the question. I don't know if the newer versions might create some sort of issue.

Well, we successfully completed a 2.5 hour, 5 video project with Resolve using collaboration on a postgreSQL database (version 10.6) but there were a few hiccups so we may go back to 9.5 and stay consistent with you guys.

Followup: I just tried to optimize the database and Resolve crashed. I tried again and received the following error:
