Resolve 16 does not open Win 10

Will not open. States loading control surface then just crashes.

Tried uploading a file but keep getting an error that the extension is not allowed.

I am running a Microsoft Surface Book 2. I was running 15.2 with no problem. Updated to 16 and the program crashing after loading. What can I do?

Is there a way to go back to 15.2?

Zip it first.

I unzipped the file then downloaded the program. It crashes immediately upon opening it. I have gone through this process about 5 times so far. I downloaded the components that are check-marked.

I am running on a Microsoft Surface Book 2 with at GeForce GTX 1060. I had no problem running 15.3.

I was testing DR as an alternative to APP. How can I reinstall DR 15.3? I cannot find any link to do this.

@Michael: My zip it first comment was for John and his NFO file.

To install an earlier Resolve version on Windows, you need to uninstall the currently installed version first. That is done in the Windows Control Panel "Programs and Features" panel.
