I have this since v15 on different PCs.
This isn't due to low performance of my PC. I use tiff stills, not sequences. As you can see, they can be played simultaneously without any playhead stuttering.
If I turn off multicam mode, everything is smooth.
Also videos play smooth in multicam. It's just a playhead stuttering.
Also in the end of the video I demonstrated a new (beta4) bug with proxy mode.
Fresh just installed Windows 10 1903.
