Marking In and Out on full waveform on the page.

I find the tiny timeline navigator's on the source & timeline viewers to be super thin when making my selects.
Its far thinner than the ones in AVID or Premiere so I often misclick it.


It would be much better if it were bolder/thicker and could display the full waveform instead.
Yes, I know you can "Show full clip audio waveform" in the source viewer... But you can't scrub through it and make your selects.



Confusingly... you CAN do this on the CUT page...


Please update the EDIT page to have this functionality!

Agreed it is small but with a decently modulated track it is much easier. You can scrub while displaying the waveform if you drag the marker. The red playback head will move with it. Make sure Audio Scrubbing is selected in the Timeline drop down menu.

Looking at your pics I would suggest that you have a look at your monitor scaling. This is what I see on a 1920X1080 screen at 100% scaling. Shown with dual and single viewers.

Marking I/Os in the Edit page works as it should.

Excellent request James, +1 ... could simply be tied to audio waveform display ie when 'Full Clip Audio Waveform' display is selected, then the waveform becomes and replaces the scrub / range selection bar, per the Cut page implementation.

I think I prefer the current design here. I vote no.
