Fusion Effects To The New Keyframe Editor

Adding the ability to adjust the fusion effects within the new keyframe editor on the edit page

Keyframing effects on the edit page has been a massive headache for me and the new keyframe editors gave the illusion of fixing the problem, but they didn't. I use Fusion effects almost exclusively so the new editors are essentially useless to me until this is fixed.
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700 CPU 3.20GHz
MOBO: ASUS PRIME Z370-A
Graphics: Intel UHD Graphics 630 (Yeah, I know!)
Audio: Audient iD14 USB Interface
Storage: Seagate SATA HDD
