please allow timeline naming in tiktok render

When choosing the TikTok 1080 export setting, there's no option like there is in h.264/5 to choose the file name to just be the timeline name. It would be super convenient to have that checkbox.

Yes, I agree this should be the Default behavior; however, it's not.

You can use Variables(%) in the name box to add the "Timeline Name" and save that as a Custom Preset and that will save you some time from having to do it manually each time.
