Cut page Inspector

I've been trying out the Cut page recently and noticed when creating a text effect that the "Inspector" tab is not easily accessible. It requires a 2 or 3 step process to simply write text and modify parameters.

This applies to other effects under the Cut page as well.

It would be good to implement some features that would allow for a better user experience...

- Include "Inspector" tab somewhere in Cut page (similar to Edit page)
- Enable double-click on object within timeline to modify parameters (i.e. double clicking on Text brings up Inspector tab for manipulation)
