Fusion Title Improvements

I want Fusion titles to behave more like the Rich Text titles do. At least in part.

Select any part of the text in the Inspector, and changes are made only to the selected text. This should be possible from any page.

In other words, remove the whole Character Level Styling rigamarole and KISS!

I'm not sure Text+ will change. I was watching a Fusion training video from version 7 and Text+ is essentially unchanged from then. It's complex, so change is hard, and it basically works, so I imagine BMD will prioritize changes low. And it might turn out that the way it works is more conducive to scripting.

But there's always hope.

You should watch some training videos from - I think Fusion 3? - Text+ has been essentially unchanged ever since it was added to Fusion Which was around 2000.
