Ability to add custom speeds in retime control

We can add custom speeds to the entire clip, but the retime control is limited to a few set speed choices and we have to use the drag feature to get our desired speed, which is very... inaccurate at some levels.

Would be nice just to have the option to type in our own speed in this section as well

While I agree that a custom speed text field is a great idea, I recommend checking out the curve editor (retime speed) for more granular control over the speed.

I often felt that Resolve retime controls are one of it's weak point currently. Would like to see much of the retiming functionality get refined.
