Expand Text Window

I wonder if would be possible to create an expansion option in the text area input or detach it from the Inspector tab.

It's hard to work when you have lots of text. ( Feature End roller for example)

Also, is it just me here or the mouse scroll wheel does not work in it.

We need to be able to expand the text field window so we can see better and editing text

Also for captions. A resizable window like the text area in web browsers (like the one I'm typing this) would be cool!
