Cloud service to save locally before upload

I would appreciate if the cloud service would be able to run without internet and then upload when it is restablished. There has been time when my internet becomes shabby, or is off, and to keep it all clean i think if every machine that accessed the cloud would backup first to local and then check cloud for update. this i hope would allow me to even edit from cloud projects without any internet at all. and the idea of moving projects from cloud to local is a bit messy compared to what i propose.
