FR: add .drlib suffix to disk database folders

BMD could make it easier for users to find and connect to Libraries by tweaking the names - how about a .drlib suffix for the folder that's the root of the library?

As a bonus, if someone chooses a file inside the Library Resolve could easily try the parent and grandparent of the file and see if that's a db/Library.

Resolve not being able to select the correct folder by itself if you guide it to the the project library file is super frustrating and causes ongoing confusion with new users.
