All the text+ options for the subtitles track, and more

Perhaps not everything, but definitely most of it

I would appreciate the ability to choose the subtitles track and convert it into text+ (or text) clips on a new video track. This function should also work for selecting individual or a group of subtitles.

Conversely, I would also like to be able to select a text+ (or text) clips and convert them into "subtitles". The program should prompt me to confirm whether I want to retain the clip's (text) attributes or only keep the text.

If there are effects on the text clips, fade ins, etc...., it would just omit them

Having this level of flexibility would be very cool

I forgot to add at least an angle option too
