Finally fix Mac trackpad issues

There have been many request about the Mac trackpad issues. Things like zoom and pan in the viewer still behave weird and uncontrolled, even after years. Since more and more content creators are likely to use Resolve just with laptops, it should make sense to finally fix the Mac trackpad behavior.
