Remove 16k limit for still images

Please don't limit imported images to 15,360 horizontal pixels. This 16k limit for still images is crippling. Even if the vertical pixels are modest, say 400 pixels, the horizontal limit is still in effect. This means it's impossible to "transform" a high resolution image, particularly when you want to do a significant pan or zoom.

It occured to me this might be a limit of the free version, in which case I suppose I could understand that. Is this not a limit in the Studio version?

I believe there is a limit to the render target size of a GPU. Don’t know what it is though.

The only other video program I've tested high res stills in is Vegas, and it could handle larger images than Resolve (I never hit a limit when using it).
