Speed Warp option added to Project Settings *(added v18.5)

An interesting workflow idea that I wish was available rather than splitting clips and then changing each clip to Speed Warp before render:

Use the retime tools with 'nearest' mode as project setting default,
then change default mode in project settings to Speed Warp before render.
However, it can't be currently done, as Speed Warp isn't listed/available in the project settings,
only listed on the Edit page Retime and Scaling.

I can only assume this missing dialog is a slight oversight from when Speed Warp was implemented.

Speed Warp is a motion estimation option that is not available in the project settings.

Definitely needed. I'm having to change every clip's motion "motion estimation" setting to Speed Warp.

"Speed warp option for default motion estimation mode in project settings."
