Smart bins on Cut page

Version 18.5 is officially released. Not all Feature Requests can be done at once, and this one didn't make the cut.

So here it is for continued voting.

I really want to use the Cut Page. Source Tape is a great way to extract usable clips from raw footage.
But it's really pointless without the smart bins. It just kills it.

I know DR is a color grading software, and most users are colorist. Maybe don't understand the power for editing that supposed this future.

I just created an account on this forum to bump this feature up. I'm a FCPX user, every day I'm more convinced I should switch to Resolve, fell in love with the Speed Editor workflow but when I was researching I discovered this wasn't possible and I'm having serious doubts about making the jump. To me it was completely obvious all the media organization would transfer to the Cut Page, SPECIALLY the Smart and Power Bins. What's the point otherwise?

Missing Smart Bins AND the missing CLIPMARKERS make the cut page nearly useless for me.
It is really frustrating as I bought the speed editor to use the cut page...

Maybe other options would be if we can make "Tapes" in edit page, with smart bins and keywords. I see the Cut page more useful to make a rough cut, maybe include some B-roll footage. But not more.
Combine Smart bins, keywords or any other metadata, and create Tapes that will be a powerful tool for video editors, especially in documentary projects.

18.6 Studio version, still no Smart or Power bins on Cut page. Cut page has a wonderful place in the work flow, one of the key elements of this page int eh workflow is access to the assets that we will be using. Power bins and smart bins are not just key to this, but elemental, (source tape...). With all the power and functionality Resolve has I'm left scratching my head as why this simple basic of basic features has not been implemented yet?!

Who knows? Maybe is something more complex that we thought, anyway is something that editors will appreciate.

When working in large projects, with a 100+ Smart Bins and 10,000+ clips, this is really the only way the cut page is useful. Let us access Smart Bins in the Cut Page.

Here's to hoping that this (and many other critical issues with the CUT tab) will be resolved by version 19... Don't want to think that my $350 for the Speed Editor was a waste
