I think this is possible in Fusion.

I don't know if it would be possible on any other page. Resolve processes at the timeline specs, which are inherently and (I suspect) unavoidably rasterized.

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Vector graphics are always rasterized, you can’t directly view them otherwise. Question is rather, when the rasterization happens.
