Keyboard Customisation: allow switching when page changes

PostSun Sep 20, 2020 2:44 am

In Avid I can link the keyboard setting to the workspace.

So my Color page can have a different keyboard customisation to my Edit page.

Why? Well I’m well used to the Resolve Color shortcuts so would mostly keep them as normal *but* would like to heavily customise my Edit page shortcuts to match the settings I have (and my brain remembers) for other NLEs.

(Basically centred around my left hand for editing so my right hand is free to use the mouse: SDF instead of JKL, ER instead of IO, BV instead of F9,F10 etc)

Resolve's shortcuts are panel-based. You can have the same shortcuts do different things in different panels.
