Improve transition handling in Cut/Transitions page

1. In the "Cut / Transtions" page there is a handy option to add a selected transition to a range of clips selected in the timeline. It works fine, as presented in the attached screenshot.
However, it is impossible to REMOVE the transitions, because the set of buttons to manage the most basic transitions (Cut/Dissolve/Smooth), which can be used in the Media or Synch Bin subpages are missing on the Transitions subpage. The important one missing is the "Cut" button, which effectively removes the selected transitions.
Please restore these buttons in the Transitions subpage.

2. Additionally I suggest adding the following options:
a. Add a button "Add a selected transition to the selected Edit Points and Clips" (so that one does not have to use the non-ergonomic right-click menus)
b. Add an option to REPLACE all the selected transitions with a selected one.
c. Make a double-click on the selected transition work in such a way, that it adds this transition to the current Edit Point / Clip (and replaces the existing ones). I also think that the double click should work as "Add a selected transition to the selected Edit Points and Clips" if more than one clip is selected in the timeline.
