I found this request somewhere on this forum from about a year ago and I'd like to repost it to amplify it, because it would be really useful for me since I use a Sony NX80 camera.

Work with Sony so that all of the metadata that their Catalyst Browse software can see is available in Resolve. This includes shutter, iris, iso, white balance, gamma, profile, bit-rate, etc.

I'd tack this on to this general thread relating to expanded metadata support in Resolve:

Resolve needs to expose more available metadata for a lot of different formats. It’s probably a difficult job, given the seeming lack of standards for conveying this type of metadata, but I really wish they would at the very least least expose the metadata for widely used professional formats like RED and Alexa.
