Open proxy file location

Hi,

In Media page, Media Pool section, You can select 'Open File Location' but not choose 'Open Proxy File Location' !!

Would be nice to add this possibility where you can create Proxy file on right clic in Cut/Edit Media pool.

That location is defined in Project Settings, so you're asking for a paradigm shift here.

That's no small thing.
