OFX patch replacer tool imporvement

Ofx: patch replacer, the controls guides overlay should scale with the size of the patch or the GUI (or both): often I have to patch little markers that are few pixels big and the guideline/on screen control gets in the way big time and you can't really move it, adjust it.

Can you try the Resolve FX Dead Pixel Fixer in these cases? Similar tool, better optimised for small patches.

I really need the patch to work sometimes, but I will give it a go.

How's the tracking on the dead pixel fixer in 17?
