Title should read. RELINKING no delinking.
Scenario,
Imported six sequences into resolve.
The sequences contain a too and tail clip and a like and subscribe clip that shows up every 4 minutes.
Both clips were moved to another folder and then reimported.
The sequences showed all of these clips offline in the timelines.
The reason for the title of this post is that I had to individually conform lock each clip in each sequence.
It’s the same clip, but Resolve has to be told on a clip by clip basis where the “new” (but actually the same clip) is in each instance.
This feels a bit off to me. Resolve should be smart enough to see 40 instances of the same clip across the sequences and relink to the media.
I know there is probably a “faster way” of doing this but the behavior should be:
Relink one clip in the timeline and everything relinks.
It does not function that way.
