I can't find this request for some reason but it must have been posted before. I expected this to be fixed soon, as the current, CENTERED stroke is useless.
The stroke around captions, or any text for that matter, should of course be OUTSIDE the text, rather than centered as it currently is.
So around the text, and not bleeding inwards because that makes the text actually less readable and rather ugly. You can't even properly use a thick stroke for readability (as done on TV shows worldwide) because it destroys the texts visual appearance.
