Importing folders - Keep file structure

PostSat Oct 23, 2021 9:35 am

Having a bunch of different folders from different cameras is normal, it would be nice to be able to drag multiple folders in (or even any named folder) and have the parent folder dragged in with it, rather than just all the footage it contains.

As an example if I drag a folder called 'footage' into Premiere, then it will create a footage folder and leave everything inside it, whereas Resolve will just shove everything where I drag it.

Not a big issue obviously but would be a nice extra to have

I was going to say that but Panos beat me to the punch

also, even if you have empty folders, resolve will replicate the structure for you.
