Source Tape: add shortcuts for Next and Previous clip

The control bar on the Cut page has buttons to go to the next and previous clip. As far as I can see, there is no way to assign these to a shortcut. I feel that if the function is important enough to have a dedicated button in the interface, it should be possible to assign a shortcut to it.

I'd also like to see the shortcut available when viewing the clip in the source viewer. At the moment, to go to the next clip from the source viewer, you have to either click in the media panel or return to the Source Tape.

I've found that next and previous edit are available on the up and down arrow. Before posting I did search for Next in the keyboard editor but I didn't find anything. I've also just searched for the mapping of the up arrow and that doesn't seem to show its use for Next Edit.

I still can't find any way to go to the next clip while in the Source viewer, which is actually the most important aspect for me.
