Would be nice if clip thumbnails were 'Image Orientation' aware, or rather, if there were a means to quickly refresh them... at present, if/when I receive media that has the wrong orientation, I can quickly address that via the Clip Attributes > Image Orientation setting. Any usage of that media immediately reflects that change ... but the thumbnail (in the Media Pool, Timeline etc) isn't updated until I close and reopen the project. An automatic refresh when changing orientation would be handy, or a manual option to trigger the same. (Perhaps the latter would be handy in other situations too, like forcing a waveform refresh, or updating a growing file etc.)

+1 - also happens with color sometimes - thumbs don't refresh (even after clicking "refresh all thumbnails")

an alternative to program restart is to drag the playhead in the thumbnail itself, which will scrub and force it to update.
