Replace from Bin

One item I'd like to see is a "Replace from Bin" feature similar to how Adobe Premeire has where I can select and item (say an image) in a bin and then select an item on my timeline, right click and select replace with item currently selected in bin.

Select the new clip in the media pool, select the timeline clip you want to replace, right click and select the "Conform Lock With Media Pool Clip".

The only difference with Premiere is that in Resolve you can't replace multiple clips at once.

You can use all the editing tools from the Bin (overwrite, insert, replace, etc).
So select clip on timeline, select clip in bin and use Replace.

I believe this has existed in Resolve for at least 5-6 years, maybe longer.

If you're new to Resolve editing (or transitioning from Premiere), read the free textbook "The Editor’s Guide to DaVinci Resolve 17," available on Blackmagic's Training website:
