Select Multiple Active Subtitles/Languages at the same time-

Currently DVR can have multiple subtitles, but can only have 1 active subtitle selected.

Useful option to have multiple subtitles, eg, while creating videos catering for multiple languages, burn in the subs directly without resorting to messy SRT files.
