It would be really nice to be able to change what size the compound clip is. As of right now it seems to just take on the same size as the timeline it was created in, which causes problems when using the same compound clip in different sized/aspect ratio timelines.
For instance if I make a 4x5 aspect timeline and I turn the clips into a compound clip, then reuse the timeline or the compound clip in a different timeline that is 1x1 for quick resizing. The compound clip is scaled strangely and has to be scaled up and now has lost detail which defeats the purpose of quickly reusing the same compound clip or timeline
Basically the compound clip needs to have the same settings as the timeline so it can be resized
