Drag .setting files to the edit page

Would it be possible to add a feature that allows you to drag .setting files directly to the edit page instead of having to use the Effects Library? Similar to how it works in Fusion.

hello
I like that Fusion is the workshop for toolbox' Edit Page
And
That the ToolBox in the edit page is Only for "use" purpose.
So If there will be a way to do what you ask it would be great if it will be kinda hidden (e.g ALT+ Drag)
