They do have this on the Advanced Panel, but I don't think it exists on the Mini or Micro panel. I agree that it'd be nice to have a menu something like this:

View -> Node Window -> Clip / PreClip / PostClip / Timeline

That button is in the lower left of the Advanced Panel, and it's something I use quite a bit. I would rather it cycle through the four Node Window view modes, but at the moment PreClip is a shift-Up function, and PostClip is shift-Down, which is more fumbling for me.
