This is already a feature request:

For bulk editing, you can select multiple clips and edit Clip Attributes for all of them at once.
Likewise *most* (though not all) clip metadata can be bulk edited in the "metadata pane" (again with multiple selections, or, as long as you have the metadata pane open, most attributes of single clips are editable at any time without a pop-up.
For bulk purposes, setting timecode can be scripted, which may be useful for your use case (I can't tell exactly why you are trying to do):
viewtopic.php?f=21&t=73220Based on my messing around, "Current Frame Timecode" is just the current location of the playhead on that clip. You can set it quickly (without open Clip Attributes) by moving the playhead in the Source Viewer (or, type a timecode manually into the timecode box to jump to a specific timecode).
That leaves "Slate Timecode" and "Offset" as the only properties that aren't easily modified. I'm not super familiar with the workflow uses for either, but I would say see if you can find a workflow workaround.
