Checkbox for VFX Connect to export at Source Resolution
Posted: Wed Dec 29, 2021 6:07 pmBy default Resolve seems to render out VFX Connect clips at the timeline resolution. For many jobs this is ok and is easier to compute than always working with huge files.
But for situations where extra resolution can really help such as difficult keying, it would be great to have a way to ask it to use the original resolution of the source media instead of the timeline resolution.
Suggest that the default behavior exports at timeline resolution, and provide a checkbox override with the source resolution instead if needed.
