One really useful feature for timing clips to music would be handles based speed change. You could for example add an handle on a clip and then select sync to music, the cursor immage would change, you select the point of music you want and the required speed change is applied. With this you could for example say: I want this frame of video to be at this point of music.
This would speed up synchronisation of video do music /sounds to video.
