Hi,
It would be nice if we could create subtitles objects-items-clips (not sure what is the right terminology here) via DaVinci Resolve Script API.
Subtitles are indeed used as "regions/markers" extra lanes, so being able to create these procedurally would be very appreciated.
This would be of course in relation with being able to Set Subtitle Item text function (the text is returned by the GetItemName function so I suppose a SetItemName function can do it, though not sure the other type of objects can benefit from this).
