embed subtitles in metdata as a convert to marker?

would love to be able to have subtitles from a hour long interview to be able to select them and the clip below and clip convert subtitle to marker metadata. ideally this would allow me to search the markers very quickly as well as stay with my clip throughout the progress. And this could be a different type of marker sumilar to frame io markers so i could hide them whenever desired.
