Please add the ability to grab single and groups of tracks/ busses - to drag them and rearrange them. Currently the fastest this can be done is by assigning a key to move only a single track up or down.
Frequently while editing and pre-mixing in other programs I put tracks that will need extra work high in the chain so that I don't have to page through the mixer to get to them...or to get disparate busses/ tracks as the first 8 tracks for automation (that's how many faders I have), then swap them for new ones that need work. This is a major time suck to go one at time pass after pass, or to have to highlight each one and press the shortcut over and over to move it.
The ability to program my MCU mixer buttons would be great...one less box on the desk and one less arm movement....for speed. Forget about right clicking - - which is the only other (and default btw) way to do it. Adding this feature would probably save at least an hour off mixing if not more. I would also lead me to try recording/ tracking from within Resolve and trying to do a full mix in resolve.....I still offline to my dedicated rig because it's more efficient.
Secondly, forgive me if arm for automate is a hotkey I am not aware of, but this should be basic component, I would think. A hotkey to arm all highlighted tracks to record new automation is a must have if not on by default (also a good option to have). As well as a lockout toggle to protect from accidental overwriting.
